I survived Vegas again and had another fabulous time.  Went for the shot show, never went to the show, but found enough other things to stay entertained.  Mikey and the old man were crazy but we ate like pigs and drank like fish.  Particularly Mike, who couldn’t do anything productive the entire day Saturday as a result of his hangover.  Cruised the sites as usual, nothing out of the ordinary. 

So the first and main announcement is Lindy’s Back!

For those of you that don’t know Lindy, she’s my roommate. She was an all-star catcher for the Creighton softball team until her disintegrating body and lack of interest catalyzed the decision to walk away. So the question was, continue schooling at Creighton and pay full tuition or move on to a different school and play for scholarship?

Well she’s back. She’s taken to creatively earning money including an assortment of on campus jobs, digging through the trash for recyclables and giving plasma. But it’s worth it for a good education right? Although this may sound bad, it’s actually proven that anything can become fun, including diving down the hall with trashbags of cans. Now we just have to work on next semester! P.S. Feel free to send any type of monitary or recyclable donations.

I am within a month of going to Europe for three weeks and haven’t done a thing to get ready… No plans I guess, just wandering around Europe.  I’m thinkin Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, and Hugary are on the list.  Hopefully Russia too, but don’t know that I can make that happen.  Visas for Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine appear to be problematic if you want to get to Moscow overland from Europe :-\.  I’m out… gotta go figure out where I’m goin.
