To become an EMT you have to complete a 3 part testing.
1.) practical patient care stations: a defibrillator patient, a bleeding/shock patient, intubation patient, spinal immobilization patient, and a splinting patient.
COMPLETED!!
2.) Full assessment of a trauma patient. Full assessment of a medical patient.
COMPLETED!!
Now, all that’s left:
3.) Written National Registry examination.
So I’m officially(!) almost an EMT.
