The other day at the airport… wow, I don’t even know what to say except DAMN. Everybody was freaking out, running over each other coming out of security, yelling at their kids, etc. cause they were late for their flights. The security lines went clear through the available queue space (which is huge), out through the back of the airport, and clear back around by the baggage claims. Being a very frequent traveller through the Denver airport, I was able to go upstairs through the Terminal A security, get in the frequent flyer line, and get through security in about 10 minutes. But the rest of you were sitting in line for over 90 minutes.

My question is when are all of you going to decide that very bad (at best) security measures aimed at preventing terrorist attacks (of which we have had on 4 flights out of literally millions in the last 20 years) are not worth making every travel experience for the rest of your life miserable. Moreover, when you consider the absolute invasions on our lifestyles by the government (a la Patriot Act), when are all the normal people in the country going to cry aloud… “this is bullshit!”

Do you honestly think a plane full people would even let two or three clowns with knives threaten a single person… let alone start flying the plane. The answer to that question my friends is “hell no”. I am sick of everyone’s complacency leading to the government overstepping its bounds entirely and still further invading in the quality of my day-to-day life. So, to those supposedly “protecting” me from terrorism, please quit reading my email and delaying me in the airport and go find some more productive way to accomplish this goal (of which there must be thousands), thanks.
