I don’t understand, if it is the case that about half of all people are morning people and half of all people are night owls, why the hell we all go to work at 8 AM and come home at 5 PM. I rarely come home at 5, but the fact remains the roads are unbelievably packed at 7:30-8 as well as 5-5:30. No one I know likes going to work at 8. Everyone either wants to go at 6:30 or 10. Yet, we all fight over space on the freeway for 2 out of 24 possible hours in a day.
I am sick of sitting in traffic and really actually want to work when no one else is around. I think noon to 9 at night would be optimal. All during my most productive hours of the day, for half the day real work could get done cuz no one else is around to interrupt, and I could kick a killer breakfast every morning without being late to work. Not to mention when lunch time came around, the noon rush would be long gone. Beautiful it would be…

That is my schedule…I just don’t stay that late. The 6pm-11pm period is my favorite me time and 10 or 11am - 6pm is plenty of time to be fussing about work.

That’s what you get for being one of the rats. I use to like being a Network Technicial because all the bigger work I had to do I did at night when all the other rats were out of the office.
The problem being a Tech is those who hired you always wanted to know what you did to fix their problem, and some minor bean counter wanted to look over your shoulder because sitting at a desk all day was boring the heck out of him, so if you did your job well, they learned all your tricks and you lost another customer since they didn’t need you anymore.

Well sometimes I work 12pm to 7am so beat that all of you! That’s one good thing about the medical profession is that you can pick any hours of any day, any time of year and go to work!
