One small step for man, one giant “PEACE OUT” for mankind Backbone! for president in ‘08

Nothing like getting poured on at 12,000 feet.. haha. Doesn’t this look like a happy group? Some friends of mine and I made an attempt to climb Pike’s Peak the other day but realized after getting soaked and giving up that we had turned onto the wrong trail in the fog. Better luck next time I guess.

One Response to “Colorado Weather”

  1. Chuck Zitting Says:

Some of my friends and I could put you guys to shame. We all had the very best rainsuites, boots, and foul weather gear plus spent thousands to be allowed to experience these manly elements. What they don’t tell you is that if you add a 50 or 60 mile per hour wind to rain, nothing makes the situation pleasant. The north country tundra can be brutally tough or I’ve become a puss in my old age. CZ
